To book with Oporto Yellow Villas / Oporto Yellow Apartments, please visit our website and log in. Confirmation is in real-time and immediate. Payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer within 24 hours after booking confirmation. Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. If canceled between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged. After that period, the total amount of the stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will also be charged.

 

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, please let us know so we can check the possibility of an early check-in. Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability.

 

Group Reservations
Oporto Yellow Villas / Oporto Yellow Apartments reserve the right to request a cash deposit upon key delivery to guests. The deposit will be refunded at check-out after the apartment has been inspected by our team.

 

House Rules

• The maximum number of guests allowed is the one stated in the reservation.

• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A fine may be applied in case of non-compliance.

• After 10:00 PM, excessive noise is not allowed and may result in police intervention and immediate eviction.

• No pets allowed.
